  • 23 years in the transportation industry delivering change management solutions and HR consultation to management and executives at a Fortune 100 transportation company.

  • 15 years of experience leading teams of HR strategic advisors focused on delivering high-quality employee relations and HR operations solutions.

  • 5 years providing operational leadership at a start-up retail organization.

  • 1 year of HR healthcare experience at a large not-for-profit healthcare organization in the Coachella Valley.

This mix of corporate leadership, small business experience, and management and HR operations experience allow me the opportunity to not only bring a strategic perspective but also practical solutions to everyday needs.

Since relocating with my husband in 2022, I’ve grown deeply connected to the Coachella Valley community. After retiring from a Fortune 100 company, I chose to dedicate my time and expertise to supporting local businesses and nonprofits—helping them thrive through people-focused, strategic HR solutions. It’s a privilege to contribute to the growth and success of this dynamic region I now proudly call home.
